	General Warranty ConditionsThe IKEA Everyday Quality Limited Warranties last for the number of years stated in the specific text for each product, starting from the date of purchase. What will IKEA do to correct the problem? IKEA will examine the product and decide, at its sole discretion, if it’s covered under the limited warranty. IKEA through its own service operations or authorized service partner, will then, at its choice, either repair the defective product or replace it with the same or comparable product. In these cases, IKEA will pay the costs of the repairs, spare parts, labor and travel for repair staff the will incur, provided that the product is accessible for repair without IKEA incurring additional expenditure to gain access. This does not apply in any cases where repair work has not been authorized by IKEA (or its authorized service partner). Replaced parts become the property of IKEA. If the item is no longer sold by IKEA, IKEA will provide an appropriate replacement. IKEA will decide, in its sole discretion, what constitutes an appropriate replacement. Conditions for the Limited Warranties The limited warranties are valid from the original date of purchase of the product. In order to rely on this limited warranty, the original receipt is required as proof of purchase from the original purchaser. The limited warranites do not apply to products that have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or wrong cleaning products. The limited warranites do not apply to normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impact or accidents, or in the case of PAX/KOMPLEMENT and IKEA Kitchens, where the product has been moved. The limited warranties do not apply if products have been placed outdoors or in a humid environment. The limited warranty applies to the original purchaser and where the product is used for residential use only (unless otherwise stated). Coverage terminates if the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the IKEA product. Whirpool, the original manufacturer of the “For IKEA from Whirpool” appliances will provide the service through it’s own service operations or authorized service partner network. Care Instructions: To be able to claim the limited warranty you need to follow the specific care instructions for every product. You will find all care instructions with or on the product. General legal rights: Some States and Provinces do not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damage, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from country to country, province to province or state to state. Save you sales reciept as proof of purchase! Proof of purchase is required by the original purchaser for the limited warranties to be valid.

This limited warranty applies to domestic use only. FAVORIT25 years & 10 years What is covered? The 25 year limited warranty covers function, materials and workmanship in all cookware including pots, saucepans, sauteuse, casserole and grill pans without non-stick coating in the FAVORIT series. This limited warranty covers: stability of the base, washing in domestic dishwasher (with the exception cast iron pans, which should be hand-washed. The 10 year warranty covers function, materials and workmanship in all cookware including frying pans and saute’ pans with non-stick coating in the FAVORIT series. This limited warranty covers: stability of the base and non-stick properties. Non-stick pans should be hand-washed. What is not covered? 	Flooring10 and 15 year warranty What is covered: This limited warranty covers the HEMSE and STAPP laminate floors for 10 years and covers the TUNDRA laminate flooring for 15 years from the original purchase date for the original purchaser as long as the floor laying instructions were followed carefully and correctly. This warranty also covers the LAKT, BALK and KVIST wooden floors against wear of the laquered layer for 10 years provided that it was used in a normal private home environment and that the laying instructions were followed carefully and correctly. This warranty is void under any circumstances that the floor was laid in a wetroom. It is also void were the surface layer has worn through due to incorrect use or cleaning methods, scratches, cuts, impacts or accidents. Floor Laying Warranty The floor laying warranty means that, if contrary to expectations, the customer does not succeed in laying the floor to their full satisfaction, we will, at full price, buy back the flooring materials and all the accessories purchased at IKEA. The 15 year limited warranty covers function, materials and workmanship on stockpots, pots and saucepans without non-stick coating, sauteuse and saute’ pans in the IKEA 365+ series. The limited warranty covers: stability of the base, washing in a domestic dishwasher (cast iron and non-stick pans should be hand washed). The 5 year limited warranty covers function, materials and workmanship on 3 qt pot and 1qt saucepan with non-stick coating, frying pans and casserole. 	Kitchens25 year warranty What is covered: This limited warranty is valid from the date of purchase and covers defects in material and workmanship in the following parts of the AKURUM kitchen systems and all of the following parts in the BRAVAD and VARDE freestanding kitchen series: -Cabinet Frames -INTEGRAL Hinges -RATIONELL fully extending drawers, drawer fronts and drawer dampers, tempered glass and melamine shelves, wire baskets, bottom trays for cabinets, drawers under oven, floor-levels and dish drainers for wall cabinets. -Plinths -Legs -Cover Panels -Deco Strips/moldings -Countertops that are at least 3.8cm thick -Sinks -PERFEKT end units, wine shelf, plate and shelf w/2 drawers This limited warranty applies to domestic use only. What is not covered: Knobs, Handles, countertops that are less than 3.8cm thick, appliances and faucets. 	SULTAN5 year or 25 year warranty What is covered: This 25 year limited warranty covers the SULTAN mattresses and bed bases against defects in material and workmanship in the following components: wooden frame and springs in the wooden base spring mattresses, springs in reversible spring mattresses, foam core in foam mattresses, latex core in latex mattresses, wooden frame and slats in slatted bed bases except for SULTAN LADE. The electric motor in the electrically operated beds carry a 5 year warranty. This limited warranty applies to domestic use only. What is not covered: This warranty does not apply to any SULTAN mattress pads, the SULTAN LADE slatted bed base or Children’s mattress including SULTAN DROMMA, SULTAN SNARKA, SULTAN BLUNDA, SULTAN SUSSA and SULTAN SLUMRA.
